The Marigold Club

Very proud to call myself and my partner regulars at The Marigold Club; and a review is likely well overdue. In a city full of wonderful food, where Marigold truly shines is their service. From the hostesses to the servers and managers; everyone who works here makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room. I have quite literally never been anywhere where there’s such meticulous attention to detail in service, consistently. (It’s actually to a point where even if they did serve me something bad (which they don’t) I think I’d be so enamored with the ambiance, the restaurant design, and the service - it wouldn’t matter.) Regarding the food; I would highly, highly recommend Marigold’s entire raw menu - but in particular their oysters. They consistently have a rotating selec

We had our valentines dinner at the marigold club. Gervin, our server, was knowledgeable about the menu and was very friendly. He came over to check on us the perfect amount- not too little to where we felt ignored and not too often to where we felt smothered. He was able to get me a mocktail based off my cravings. The ambience of the restaurant was perfect for a romantic dinner. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a nicer dinner!

This was such a wonderful place to spend my wife’s birthday!! she had wanted to come here for a long time. the dishes we had were comfort food in this cold weather!! the Croque Madame, the English Muffin Sando, the yellowtail crudo, marigold salad, scoop of clotted cream and the banana bread! my wife loved the Croque and i loved the banana bread. the best part was the service by the lovely Anne!! she was very personable and freely gave her opinion on favorite dishes!! ask for her when you go!!

Such a hidden gem! Everything about this restraunt is cozy opulence. The food was delicious but the whole experience made it even better. Note you do have to pre-order the afternoon tea. We were not aware of this but our server helped us DIY an afternoon tea plus alot more. Their banana bread was to die for!!! Staff was amazing too and went out of their way to accommodate us.

We came to The Marigold Club for my birthday lunch and it was perfect from start to finish. The space is absolutely stunning — from the vibrant murals to the colorful chandelier, everything feels elegant and artistic without being over the top. Service was excellent the entire time. The team was attentive, professional, and made the whole experience feel special without being intrusive. And the food… incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — fresh, balanced, and just really well done. It’s the kind of place where the presentation matches the quality. Overall, a fantastic spot for a celebration or a nice lunch in Houston. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
