The Mack (Bar & Grill)

The Mack has been a spot for my boyfriend and I for the last 2 years or so since we found it. It’s a cute local neighborhood bar with delicious double pattied smash style burgers. For a while I wasn’t huge on their additional fries, but whatever they have been doing recently to make them more crispy has been soooo good! I think I ate more fries than my burger tonight! The atmosphere is pretty local bar typical, which I find quite comforting really, and I wouldn’t use the words dive bar either, is just very cozy, a slightly vintage feel that works for them and doesn’t feel old or worn down. The staff are very kind, and I always seem to have a good experience when dining in or ordering out. Cool neighborhood bar (disclaimer -- my niece tends bar there part-time there). Kind of a "sports bar", at least 6 TVs in dining area. Really friendly & comfortable, exposed old-brick ambience, excellent service ! Thursday nights $5 appetizers (toasted ravioli w/ marina, soft pretzels, amazing potato skins w/ cheese & chives, etc) & burgers are a star on Fridays ($9 w/ a boatload of tasty seasoned fries). I *think* Sunday's are $12 pizza days -- very good !! Just a friendly neighborhood "dive" -- with several regulars you might get to know 👍

The Mack is a great local pub! Food is always good, the staff is great and lots of TVs to keep you up to date on your favorite game. You can’t go wrong by spending time at The Mack!!

The Mack (Bar & Grill) Posted hours say 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM. We arrived at 11:00 PM, which—last I checked—is before 1:00 AM. Walked in and apparently committed the crime of existing, because the bartenders were already “closed” and made that very clear…rudely. Trying to be polite, we said no worries and asked where they’d recommend going instead. Their helpful hospitality suggestion? “Out the door.” So here’s my suggestion to future customers: don’t even open the door. Save yourself the attitude and go somewhere that actually wants customers. If sarcasm and eye-rolling are on the menu, this place delivers. Drinks? Not so much.

Friendly neighborhood bar and eatery! Great service, great food, great prices! Menu choices to please everyone and lots of drink options 😁 Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere, easy to visit at your table.
