Brunch at the LowBrow - was very good on a Sunday midday. We’ve been to the LowBrow for dinner but never for Brunch. Glad we made it. Had the Elvis Sandwich and the Southwest eggs. Both were tasty.
Great meal. Special was Jamaican burger. Highlight was the mango chutney. Wife got nachos. Guac was worth extra $3.25. Would be five stars if a little lower price point. $17 for burger, $12 for half serving of nachos… isn’t bad, but not an incredible value.
Overall rating 3.75 Burger was super beefy and juicy. Loved the garlic aioli! French fries were very thin and crispy! Fried pickles were perfect, not too sour, great sauce! Pesto melt was a bit mid. It was served cold so the cheese wasn't melty. Also the pesto flavor was very faint, needed more to give it some punch! Fish tacos were very disappointing, probably my least favorite in the twin cities. The fried fish was most fried crust than fish. It needed more cabbage slaw and sauce to give it textural contrast. It also included 3 jalapeno slices, which I picked off because that's not my vibe. I would come back to try another burger and something what from the menu!
My first time eating beef in 15 years I said I wanted a burger 🍔.. A good burger. I rolled the dice and won the burger and fries were great. It got busy near the end, but I'm kinda beating myself up because they had some more entries that weren't just hamburgers. But it's all good and a cool way to break a 15 year hiatus
Great spot in the neighborhood. Really solid burgers, and fries that don’t disappoint! Prices are fair, and some of the burgers are quite creative. Worth a stop if you don’t want to think too hard about your dinner
