The Local Sip - Protein & Energy

I stopped in The Local Sip today (Saturday morning)! The place is adorable and I was greeted with a good morning and smiles from the crew that was working! I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they were super helpful in giving me recommendations to help me decide. I ended up with a white chocolate strawberry protein shake and a Rocky Top tea and both were fabulous!! I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Debra and Nicole were so kind, welcoming, and helpful on my very first visit. I’ve been driving by for a while and finally decided to stop in and I’m so glad I did! The smoothie menu has so much variety, and everything is healthy, packed with protein, and still tastes incredible. The Caramel Turtle smoothie was AMAZING! As someone with Crohn’s disease, finding healthy options that don’t upset my stomach is so important, and this place was the perfect match. Great prices, delicious flavors, and wonderful service. I can’t wait to come back and try the tea next time. Thank you!!

Grand Opening was lit, Courtney and her team were on top of all the orders and had the brightest smiles and warm hugs. Stop by across from MMC and see them this week for their grand opening. Banana Pudding Shake and Elsa Tea was my first choices at this new local hot spot. Definitely will be returning very soon. 🧡💙🩷💚💜💛🤎

Courtney and the team did an outstanding job! The White Chocolate Strawberry protein shake was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Prices were fair and exactly what I expected. Overall, I’m very impressed and will definitely be back
