The Little Mule Cafe

We’re back! The Penhook Burger and Pork Torta Sandwhich was full of flavor and filling. We tried 3 different iced coffees all exuding their own flavor profiles, but my favorite being blueberry. The richness and body of good coffee beans shines through. Many coffee shops lack quality beans for a strong shot. TLM hasn’t disappointed yet. Worth a peaceful drive anytime 💜

So happy to finally see this opened this week! The Little Mule Cafe is where Cattleman’s was in the Penhook Minute Market plaza. Breakfast, Salads, Sandwiches, Burgers, Soup, Coffee bar, etc. Finally some healthier options and great specialty coffee in our area. Mule Birria sandwich was so awesome today. Perfect brunch or lunch spot. Great service and decor and cool vibes. 🎉 Note: I am not sure if this menu is finalized, but many great options I want to try out, with some fun Mexican flair. Love the variety.

This place was awesome. Environment was so cute, staff was overly friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Their lattes were out of this world made perfectly. We cannot wait to go back😋 I got the Spinach feta and egg on sour dough with everything bagel seasoning on top. Mouth watering good!! This is THE PLACE to go for breakfast and lunch at the lake. If you are far, it’s worth the drive!

I have been meaning to review the Little Mule Cafe for several weeks, WE LOVE IT! We have a family lake house in Penhook & were so excited to hear about a new place to eat, I make a trip to the cafe at least 2x every weekend we are up. The food is incredible; creative menu, quality ingredients, locally-sourced items & tons of coffee recipes to choose from! I have 3 kids (5 months - 8 years) & we never have a problem getting a quick bite to eat & dining in is so easy with their open design in the dining area! I also never "just order off the coffee menu" & the staff are always so happy to accommodate my caffeine requests! I highly recommend & pray we can support them for a very long time😊!

The moment you walk in the LMC you know they care about what they do. It's instantly as relaxing and clean a cafe as you'd find in Vienna or Barcelona. We had the "Mule Sandwich" and it was absolutely delicious. We will be back again and again taking our friends and family.
