The Lighthouse

I’m a straight five-star skeptic, but after trying the place, I can see why it’s 5 stars straight-up. I had the beef stew with a cornbread muffin and a fiesta chicken sandwich. The food was delicious, the service was stellar, the ‘ice chest tea’ was very good, and it had exactly the small-town feel I like. Two recommendations for improvement. 1. Get a restroom, or out up a sign where newbies can tell how to access the existing one, whichever the case may be. 2. Have meat for the Philly cheesesteak next time, PLEASE…LOL!

We stopped here on our way home from OBU and it did not disappoint!! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, smiles and welcomes from the owner and her daughter. The food was delicious! We had sandwiches and salads and baked potatoes and cookies and banana pudding and she even graciously made extra tea for our boys when it ran out during her lunch rush! This will most definitely be our new stopping place on our way to Shawnee!! Thank you for having us The Lighthouse! Keep being a shining light in your community!

Restaurant is tucked away from the road. Right after the Sinclair. On the left. Make sure you're looking for it or you will miss it. And you don't want to miss it This is the only restaurant in Asher. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. I highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak and vegetable soup.

I was passing through Asher, OK at 2 am today,was stuck on the side of the road till about 1:30 this afternoon, when someone asked if I needed help and pulled me to some shade across from the Lighthouse Restaurant, and then a beautiful young lady brought me a sandwich and a drink with chips from there Bistro,and that was the best sandwich I have ever had, no questions about do u need anything, just brought me a sandwich, with such care and kindness, selfless, just care and concern. I have no doubt of the service and attentiveness one would receive when you walk through the door. As much consideration I was shown , I believe the family puts there heart and soul into there food, customer service , and treating there guest like family. And then the gorgeous lady where the Daughter got her

This place has the friendliest staff and some great food. Highly recommend
