The Legend Inn

Kay was the most amazing inn keeper! The home was so beautiful and plenty of space for our entire wedding party! We will be visiting again for our 1 year anniversary!

My adult children and myself spent a weekend at The Legend Inn in May 2025. We opted for the Spicerville Room. It was well equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided a beautiful view of the flower garden. There was ample hot water in the shower and excellent water pressure. The closet was stocked with extra pillows of varying firmness and an extra blanket. Plus the added touch of a plate of cookie awaited us each day in our room. The house (stunning wood work throughout) was well cared for as was the entire property. The covered wraparound porch provided a relaxing spot to sit and absorb the warmth from the sun. Kay and Keith are wonderful hosts, sharing the history of the very grand farm house. The house is super clean and the grounds are immaculate. ||The walking trails through the fields and woods are well maintained - was beautiful seeing the sun glisten on the bean fields. ||Very relaxing sitting on the porch in the evening. Breakfast was served on china with excellent presentation and absolutely delicious. ||We will be back and highly recommend The Legend Inn. ||

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was a beautiful experience. Kay was a wonderful host and served a delicious breakfast each morning. She was so accommodating even giving us a tour of the property and barn. She allowed us to use the washing machine and created a relaxed environment for us. The room was well appointed and the whole home is decorated so lovely. We will definitely be back.

Not even the coldest temperatures of January were able to dispel the warmth of this beautiful family farm. My wife, Jill, and I truly enjoyed the timeless charm of this wonderful farmhouse and barn as shown to us through the eyes and hearts of our hosts, who like their parents, grandparents and great grandparents, have had this land and its storied past twined through their lives and souls.
