I just called and the woman who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and she responded with a nasty attitude like I was bothering her. I even had to ask, “Is this a professional business?” because I was genuinely shocked at how she spoke to me. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine what it’s like in person. Do better. Or hire people that actually want to work its 2025. Thanks God I didn’t need this specific office specially not for my child.
