Congratulations Lindsay and Nolan on your engagement! We were able to share in this amazing day and celebrated at The Lakeview restaurant for dinner and YES they do have Million-Dollar sunset views overlooking Lake Bellaire! The Lakeview experience went above and beyond to make this evening special for the newlyweds and the guests. We dined in and I selected the prime rib special with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The prime rib was medium rare perfectly cooked. The taste was on point and everything came out to the table hot and ready. Our server was very personable and very fun to interact with. Her name Tag said the grumpy old lady but her name was Cheryl. She was not grumpy at all They did not have a Merlot but offered others options. I enjoyed a glass of a red blend and it was delicio

Overall, a great restaurant/sports grill. The prices are a bit high for the quality of the food but it was alright. My partner had the meatballs which were great in taste. I had the Butternut Squash ravioli with Italian sausage. The ravioli was good but I'd reccomend the cook use ground Italian sausage instead of big cut up chunks of brat like meat as it seemed too large and out of place taking away from enjoyment of the ravioli which I considered the best part of the dish. It was kind of like having a huge frame on a small picture and I felt like I was eating at a summer cookout. The view is great as it overlooked the hillside where tubing happens in the winter. The menu is small but has some unique dishes. I would probably go here again for drinks and the view.

I was skeptical about the place considering some of the previous reviews but I had a great experience. I was told they recently updated their menu, so the one online isn't the same one you get when you sit down. I wasn't disappointed at all and I'm a picky eater. I ordered cedar plank salmon and my wife ordered NY strip. We had Arancini as an appetizer and I could have had 3 more orders. I gave this restaurant 4 stars because the prices were a bit high and the service was a bit slow but altogether a solid experience with a beautiful view.

We just went tonight for Valentine's Day dinner. Just was the best meal I've ever had up here! The only thing that could of topped everything was having a beautiful sunset. There just wasn't a sunset at all tonight.
