The Lady May

We visited Lady Mays for Brunch. We were seated after about 20 minutes. We visited several local shops while awaiting our table. I had the Waffle platter and my wife had Bacon, Eggs, Grits and Gluten Free toast. Both of our meals were delicious! Service was excellent! After our meal, we purchased candied pecans, peppered jam, and pickles for gifts. We will definitely visit again!

After moving to Mississippi a few years ago from big cities with many great restaurants I was disappointed seeing what Mississippi had to offer. That was until I found The Lady May. This restaurant was amazing! So amazing we went twice in 2 days. Our 1st server, Brandon was amazing, and the food was spectacular. Our 2nd server I did not catch her name, she seemed a little shy, but was awesome. The food was a little on the pricier side but nothing unusual to the area. Great tea, sandwiches, burgers, desserts, and specials! Oh and that bacon jam is crazy good!

Breakfast at The Lady May in Ocean Springs was a fantastic experience and well deserving of five stars. The service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a great morning. What really stood out was how incredibly kind and accommodating the staff were to Bella. It’s always a joy to find places that are truly dog-friendly, and The Lady May went above and beyond to make us both feel comfortable and welcome. Between the warm hospitality, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent service, this is a breakfast spot I would happily return to and recommend without hesitation. If you’re in Ocean Springs and looking for a great place to start your day, The Lady May is an absolute must.

Got seated right away and our waitress, Krymson, was amazing! We ordered a Flatbread and a Braised Beef Sandwich. Both came out fresh and delicious. The shoe string fries were room tempterature. When we mentioned this, we received a new order quickly that were hot. All in all, a great experience. Coming back again when we visit in the future.

Our server Ryland was friendly and attentive. The fried chicken with macaroni and cheese and biscuit were very good. Crab cakes a bit mushy inside, pasta cooked perfectly and the dressed greens were yum. Long wait time for our food, but will definitely return.
