The Kroft | Haven City Market

This review is late, but I finally got around to writing it. We decided to check out Haven City Market a couple of months ago. After walking around to check out each vendor, we decided to try out The Kroft and we are so glad we did. The smash burgers are amazing! So juicy inside and crispy on the outside! We tried the French onion burger and the Wagyu smash burger. We have ordered both at least 4 other times. We also got the classic poutine fries and the cheese curds, both we have also ordered again. Everything is cooked to order so there is a wait, but they give you a buzzer, so you can just find a seat and wait or check other the other vendors and make a potluck style meal. We'll definitely keep coming back!

First time here and definitely coming back. Food price were reasonable for the quality of food and flavor. The girl, Deserae, was really nice and offered to answer any questions we had before placing our order. Ordered a wagyu smash burger and hands down one of the best smash burgers ever had. So many options here but this place is top tier

I’ve had The Kroft at the Anaheim Packinghouse and was so excited to see they opened one in Rancho Cucamonga! It’s so good to see the IE getting awesome food halls. The cashier (Mia G) was super friendly and had a fun energy! The braised beef poutine is fantastic! The gravy flavor is delicious! My daughter loved the Mac and cheese. I love the vibes of Haven City Market. Great place to chill, so many food options. You can’t go wrong!

My husband had been wanting to try this place for a while but it was the one in Anaheim. So when we found out a location opened right here in our hometown, we had to check it out. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. The smash burgers were packed with flavor, and the chili cheese fries were just as amazing. Our kids had the chicken sandwiches, and after sneaking a bite, I can confirm that they were delicious too! On top of the great food, the customer service was fantastic. You really can’t go wrong here. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

We tried the Loco Moco Loaded Fries The Kroft, and wow—they were some of the best I’ve ever had. The fries were perfectly crispy, piled high with rich gravy, cheese curds, patties, and that perfectly cooked egg on top that tied everything together. Every bite was hearty, comforting, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must-try if you’re looking for something unique and satisfying!
