The Kettle & Grille

We were out Christmas shopping and needed a bite to eat. I noticed the Kettle & Grille and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that we did! The food is delicious, the staff are welcoming and kind, the environment is welcoming. My husband and I had dinner there last night and this morning I want to try their breakfast. I’ve been thinking about it all night. What a great place. I’m going to tell everyone I know about it!

I’ve been coming here for breakfast plenty of times and it’s always been a solid spot to start the day. This time I decided to try dinner and let’s just say I’ll be sticking to my morning routine from now on. We tried the spaghetti with meatballs, Greek stuffed chicken, French onion soup, and chicken matzah ball soup. The soups totally stole the show. The matzah ball one especially was cozy and flavorful, I could’ve had a whole bowl more. The rest of the meal just didn’t hit the same. The spaghetti tasted like it came straight from a can and the chicken was dry and forgettable. Breakfast here still wins in my book though. I’ll be back for pancakes and coffee next time, not pasta and regret.

I would have given this place 5 stars. The food ..the service and the atmosphere is still 5 stars. About a week ago like always we went there. THIS TIME...WAS OUR LAST TIME!!! We've been going every Saturday for yrs. We have our favorite server who we always ask for. Anyway...my mother in law has Dementia and we bring her every week. Well the s time she did something gross. She licked her finger and and got some ketchup from the lid opening. And she did it AGAIN!!! So I couldn't leave it and say screw it I told our server what she did. I wanted her to throw it out or whatever. So when she told the owner what happened he told her to tell us TELL THEM ITS GONNA COST 1.25. I'm like WHAT??? I was trying to be the loyal customer that I am. He also told the server.WHERE IS SHE GONNA GO AND PAY 1

The choice of food is great 👍 The waitress was very nice 👍 The food was delicious 😋 The price very reasonable 😁 We're definitely going back!

Standard American diner food, breakfast served all day. Lots of customers on a snowy Saturday. I ordered French Toast and the wife had 2 poached eggs, hash browns and toast. We were both satisfied with the food and the amount. Not too much, not too little, just right. Coffee came in the stainless mugs. They were built like thermos bottles and kept the coffee hot the whole meal. Would be great for home except you can't put them in the microwave. Price was a surprise, lower than expected. Our total was $25. All in all, we recommend this place if you are in South Jersey and want something more than fast food. Kid-friendly, no stairs, welcoming for all.
