Everything came out quickly, which made the experience even better. The drinks were just as amazing—refreshing and perfectly made! What truly made my visit exceptional was my server, Andrea. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. Her positive attitude and outstanding service really stood out and made my night even more enjoyable. I enjoyed my lunch here at the Juicy Crab. I arrived between 12 and 1 pm. There was no wait and plenty of tables open. I was sat within a few minutes and my waitress was immediately available. I placed my order and my food came out maybe 15 minutes later. It was quick, the food was delicious and the service was great. I will definitely be back.

I went to Juicy Crab to celebrate a friend’s birthday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our server, Andrea, provided some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. When we tried speaking to her, she would make faces and often avoided eye contact. At times, it felt like she purposely turned away when we were trying to get her attention. Basic things like refilling drinks or bringing straws were not done unless we repeatedly asked. She seemed to have an attitude throughout the entire visit, even though we were not asking for anything beyond what any normal table would expect. What was especially disappointing was that she didn’t want to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl, which made the celebration feel awkward and unwelcoming. The only reason

I love going to this location. I always request Brittney as my server she is the best very attentive and down to earth. She always makes my kids day by giving them stickers. My food is always good and correct just the way I like it. Totally recommend.
