The Island Chick-N-Shack

This place just opened up, went with the wife and kids to try it out and we weren’t disappointed. If you’re a dude or can eat a lot I recommend the 5 piece as the tenders are kind of small. That’s the only knock on this place. The fries were great, the sodas they have taste great. I got the lemonade/sweet tea mix and it was amazing. Their signature sauce tastes really good and so is their sweet/spicy sauce. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Best chicken place in Venice by far. The chicken was homemade and tasted natural and not artificially sweetened. The waffle fries were fire🔥 and the staff were insanely kind and nice. It was super clean and looked like it inside the kitchen. If you have been looking for a chicken place in Venice, this is the spot by far!

This place is exactly what Venice needed! Everyone always talks about wanting a Chick-fil-A, but honestly this is even better. It’s a great local spot with healthier options and clean ingredients, and the chicken is seriously top notch. The location right by the high school makes it super convenient too. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which gives it such a great family feel. The Chick n Nooga sauce is amazing way better than Cane’s. It’s perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal or a nice place to sit and enjoy the beautiful outside weather while you eat. Definitely check out this new gem in Venice!

Everything was delicious! Not too salty, it has the perfect amount of spice. Chicken was fresh and crispy. We are definitely coming back.

This is a great addition to the restaurants on Venice Island. I like the fact they are health conscious in selecting the quality of chicken and ingredients they use. Their chicken tenders are moist and delicious. I like the fact they also offer platters of chicken tenders. This will be perfect for parties and larger gatherings. Their selection of sauces is spot on. It has a family atmosphere, with the owners taking extra care with every order. The food came out quickly, but at the same time was hot and deliciously made to order.
