The Ice-Burgh

Would've given more stars if I could. The ice cream brownie sundae was just amazing. One of the things I loved about their menu was the range in portion sizes they offer. I was not hungry at all and wanted only a small size because the flavors were so tempting, and this is probably the only place that I have seen to be considerate enough to serve half a dozen different sizes. The staff was amazingly sweet, and the service was quick. To top that, the location is just *chef's kiss*. The view of the mountains is superb. Overall, highly recommend this place even if you have to drive an hour, I think it's totally worth it.

Delicious ice cream, food choices and happy staff make this a great place to stop for a treat. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for new ice cream creations and vacation dates. A great addition to Middleburgh!

Friendly and accommodating. There was only one woman working at the time and she was freaking crushing it. Banging out cones quickly!!! There was a special needs girl in front of me in a group and she was so patient and sweet to her. She got a cone but she wanted Reeses pieces mixed in and sprinkles. The adult with her said no only one thing can stick on the outside. The worker woman gave her a cup of Reeses pieces on the side for free (she's asked the adult if it was okay first). So super sweet 😊

This was our first visit to the new The Ice-Burgh in beautiful Middleburgh NY. Offering soft, hard ice-cream and a limited food menu, The Ice-Burgh offers a quick stop to eat with a gorgeous view. The food menu consists of hot dog, hamburger/cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich (spicy and regular), hand cut french fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried pickle chips, Mac n Jack/ Mac n cheese bites and cheese curds. I found the beef patty of decent size with a nice bun, the cheese was a bit lacking, it should be nice and melty. Beautiful place to get ice cream. The view was spectacular. Servings were generous and the servers were warm, friendly and helpful. Ice cream was 10/10 so good. Can’t wait to go back again.
