The Human Bean

Excellent breakfast sandwiches, great coffee and non-coffee drinks, super friendly staff. This is primarily a drive-thru coffee shop where the building is only for staff and there's nowhere to sit and eat/drink, hence the atmosphere rating. Don't let that dissuade you! It does have a walk up window, but getting parked and leaving with the drive-thru line right behind you can be a problem. It also seems like the drive-thru is served faster than the window. They are much better for breakfast than the competition with the same coffee house drinks you're used to, but with some real gems you don't see anywhere else. I like the java chip granita, personally.

Let me just say… I never do reviews, only usually when I have a poor experience somewhere. But your employee Caroline just earned you all one. Not only was this my first time at and first impression of a human bean coffee shop, but I had no idea this place even existed. CAROLINE, give this girl a raise. I have never been greeted so warmly and welcoming, casual, and yet still professional, anywhere like this in my life. After getting off a 6-8 hour shift, going to a place like this that still energy and enthusiasm for their job after 5pm was truly refreshing. I felt like I mattered to them, and even though I was just being sold coffee and pastries, I left with much more than what I paid for. I will be back and making this a ritual stop in my LONG drive to and from my work. Truly impressed a

ReAnne is at the window today please see how productive and professional this young lady is. Not only professional but she also made me feel like family in a time where I got locked out of my car and she had no idea how hot and down I was, her customer service is a 10/10. Great job! 😊 🙏

SUCH a good coffee shop! We got a chai tea latte and a caramel hazelnut mocha both iced and both amazing!! The muffin tops are a must try and the bagel came so fresh we had to let it cool down. The chocolate covered espresso bean was a yummy addition!! (not pictured because I ate it so fast haha) The staff was so friendly!! Definitely worth going by! I will be back!!💗

The name caught my attention so o planned a stop on my next drive. Delightful departure from The Siren next door. Pleasant service, quick to the window, and even a little bean treat. The latte is good. I may ask for an extra shot next time on the large to beef the flavor up. How cute is this place? Definitely will be a regular stop on my way from Ellijay to Suwanee.
