I ordered a brewed coffee. Instead of telling me that they didnt have brewed coffee at the time and it would take some time to make they gave me an Americano and also charged me for the Americano. How about being upfront about being out of brewed coffee instead of charging me more for something I dont want and then actually serving me something I dont want that tastes like watered down cream instead of actual coffee because you dont know the difference between an Americano and a brewed coffee. Substandard. Zero stars.

When you order an item it should actually be what you purchased. If you are going to offer tea as an item to purchase on your menu it should be ready to drink. I should not be sold ice water with tea bags tossed into a cup full of ice and told I have to wait for it to brew in my now peach flavored water. At the cost of $6.00dollars because either your employees are too lazy to brew the tea or as a company you are trying to cut costs by not brewing the tea before hand and keeping it on the menu anyway. Do better

I was only here in Wyoming temporarily for a side gig so came here to get one of my favorite drinks. The girls seemed nice enough but their smiles felt forced. I'm used to getting my drinks from locations in Wellington and Fort Collins. At these locations, they fill my drinks to the brim and they're all very nice and actually have a conversation with you. At this location ,I order my drink and she asks me if I want to tip... I hate being pressured to tip and I didn't plan on it, so I said no. So then I recieve my drink and it's not filled to the mark. Just because I didn't tip or what? All the locations in Wellington and Fort Collins never asks you to tip! Not going to return here. Just wasn't a great experience like you get at the other locations.

I love The Human Bean with all my heart! 💖 The drinks are always perfect, the coffee is so smooth, and the staff is beyond friendly. It’s my favorite coffee spot—always brightens my day!

I love the Smashmelon. It is delicious and refreshing. Always gives me the pick me up I'm looking for after working long hours or a short night. The staff are friendly and courteous.
