The Hub Saloon

I had the opportunity to visit The Hub Saloon in Wolf Creek, Montana, during a five-day trip with several veterans from Project Healing Waters, and I can’t say enough good things about it. We ate here multiple times, and every single meal was outstanding. They feature a different three-course menu each week, all cooked entirely from scratch, and you can truly taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. The food is always fresh and flavorful, the service is quick, and the staff make you feel right at home. The Hub is one of those rare places where everything—food, people, and atmosphere—comes together perfectly. I’d go back again and again and again. Highly recommend to anyone passing through Wolf Creek or looking for a meal that feels homemade in the best way possible.

I recently returned from a 4 night stay in Craig, Montana with Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing. Our group dined with the Hub Saloon several times during our stay and I cannot say enough good things. Handmade pasta and meatballs. Excellent steaks. Supreme appetizers. Awesome desserts. The staff were kind, gracious and some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. If you're in Craig, you owe it to yourself to book a dinner reservation at the Hub Saloon. You will NOT be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of enjoying The Hub Saloon’s delicious four course meals (a menu that changes daily!) this past week. Every night the dinner was completely homemade. From handmade pasta, sauce and meatballs to a perfectly cooked, huge steak. On one of the nights, a chef made homemade apple crisp with apples from her own trees — tremendous! The Hub also offer pizzas to order. One of the chefs has his own sourdough starter that he makes the pizza crust out of — it is next level. The service is top tier. Very friendly and personable. Can’t wait to go back. You won’t be dissatisfied.

4 course meal that changes daily. Everything we had was phenomenal! We had honey BBQ wings, spinach dip with homemade chips, green salad with homemade dressing, lamb chops, mashed potatoes and asparagus and pecan pie with ice cream. Everything was cooked to perfection. You have to make reservations and seating is limited. Rachel was our server and also made some of the meal. Rocky made the rest. Well worth the $45.

PHENOMENAL! Best dinner experience the canyon has seen in over a decade. Rachel and Clint are a rockstar team. Truly the BEST.
