Quick recap.......decided to purchase a pre-cooked turkey from THBHC to save some time and our sanity this year. I ordered a "smoked" turkey. My wife picked it up about 5 days prior to thanksgiving. She got home, we put it in the fridge to defrost (still in the bag - no I didn't open the bag to make sure that the Turkey that I bought was the Turkey that I ordered & that it was cooked even though I'm not sure how I could have figured that out - that was extremely sarcastic on my part). Took it out of the fridge late morning of thanksgiving & found out it was a "Cajun" turkey & raw. I wont say anymore how this messed up our Thanksgiving. And yes (I have already done that and have not heard back from anyone) to whoever from the Company will post here to tell me to go to a link to make a compl

Pre-ordered Christmas dinner prime rib and loaded mashed potatoes and three cheese macaroni and cheese and a broccoli side dish the prime rib was absolutely fantastic flavor and the sides were great as well super friendly staff considering it was a long line on Christmas Eve

Awful customer service. Bad attitude. I will never spend another penny at honey baked ham on okeechobee blvd in palm beach county.these people should be shut down
