Been coming here to get ham all these years. 2 nights before Thanksgiving, this place is packed. The waiting time for the "pre order" line is about 20 minutes. Not sure about the "walk in" line

Atrocious experience that will be my last ever patronage of this chain. I pre-ordered and pre-paid all of our turkey for Thanksgiving on the 19th of November and scheduled pick up for 6:30pm on the night before Thanksgiving. When I arrived, the line was as long as the entire strip mall this place is located in and there was no parking. I figured it was the walk in line. But to my surprise, it was the pre-order line. I went into the store to confirm and the staff member let me know that I would have to wait in that 2 hour plus line. Who has the time to wait in that line when you have pre-paid and pre-ordered to avoid something like this? I have responsibilities that I need to get to after working all day like kids, dinner, and a household. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, just

First time there. I was given a gift card did not know they had sandwiches. very delicious the girls were super friendly store was very clean.

My wife and I went there to get sandwiches and they were excellent. She had the glazed ham sandwich and I had the smoked turkey. We also bought their potatoes au gratin for our upcoming Christmas dinner.

The ham had no flavor. The coating on the outside had a strange after taste, kind of like lard gone bad.
