Honestly, I can't get over how amazing this place was. My husband and I went in to pick up pre-sliced turkey for my sister's Thanksgiving party. All I had was a QR code on my phone because my sister had done all the ordering from a different city. I had no idea what to expect -- I had never been to this company before, any location! We walked in and were immediately greeted. Everyone seemed friendly and Kai, our cashier, even started happily celebrating because she recognized us as prepaid customers. That must make life easier to just scan a code.. It was so cute and nice! Also, I asked for the largest portion they had (my sister's orders) and Kai cheerfully obliged. Beside the delightful staff and impressive efficiency, the store itself looked clean, well stocked, and pleasantly decorate

The food is great. But beware. They have cut their sandwich sizes way down in size. Cost for just one sandwich (Turkey Classic) is $10. No sides. No drink. Nothing but the sandwich. Upgrade to a meal and it's $14. That gets you a drink and one side. Way, way overpriced, even though the food is always very good. Watch out for the elderly Customer Service Rep (Lady) at the counter. She's not too pleasant to deal with. She clearly did not like having to serve me. Complained the whole time. She should go back into retirement. Biggest concern is the overpriced menu and smaller portions. Not worth your money. I had a Buy One - Get One Free deal and was still charged $19.38 even though all I got was the sandwich meal deal. One of them should have been free. Won't return.

Once again, I had a terrific sandwich at The Honey Baked Ham Co. I’ve been making really good ham and cheese sandwiches at home for many years. I know how think I like it, the best kinda cheese and the perfect combination of condiments and toppings. The Honey Baked Ham sandwich tops that! The boneless Ham is the best ham I've ever eaten and I give it 5 stars. The price is insane. In my picture you can see a 5 pound boneless ham is $80! The service used to be great, but the last 4 years it has not been good. We always order 1-2 weeks in advance, prepay and select the date and time we will pickup. Today we went at our designated time and they didn't have the 3-4 pound boneless ham we ordered! They offered us a bone-in ham, which we do not want. They then offered a 5 pound boneless ham, which we took but they said they would need to charge our card and additional $27 on top of what we already paid. We wanted the ham, so we just said fine.
