The Honey Baked Ham Company

Very impressed with the honey ham and side dishes ordered from here over the phone. Store location was easy to locate. Because other businesses share the same parking lot, parking to pickup my order (the day before Thanksgiving) was a bit of a feat. The counter staff was friendly and quick, even as incredibly busy as they were. My husband and I would definitely order from here again.

Biggest rip off of the century. Let me say the food does taste good however for $16 for the literally no lie the size of a small McDonald's hamburger , a tablespoon full of potato salad and a drink x 2 people, I spent $32 dollars and left out hungry. Go to Cheddar's or some other restaurant and get a meal with leftovers for that price. There was a reason why I stopped eating there for 3 years or more and I swear the sandwiches have shrunked in half!

Jourdan at drawer rg4 was extremely helpful! She realized I was paralyzed and assisted me in the best way possible definitely give this girl a raise! She was super helpful and understanding.

Food was delicious, pricey for a sandwich and sides extra. Staff not very welcoming and only one person working the front. Slow process.

The two ladies (Jasmine and Patrice) working the counter when my family walked in were perhaps two of the friendliest and most helpful workers we’ve ever encountered. They were so considerate and sincere — the exact type of worker every business should strive to find and hold on to. Their service was absolutely exceptional. Honey Baked Ham’s food was excellent too (Carli made us some great sandwiches!), but quality customer service seems to be in such rare supply that I feel this to be the most noteworthy part of our experience walking into this store, leading me to post this review when I otherwise wouldn’t have. Well done!
