Had to go twice this week, and both times, the employees there were AMAZING! Smiling, happy, helpful! I left both times thinking how friendly they were and it just made my day. I hope they know how awesome they are!

Be warned, don't order a pickup before 11am on Sunday because even though the site says you can order it, you can't get it til 11am when they open. And it's COLD. So you have to cook it ANYWAY. What's the point of buying a $125 ham when you might as well buy a $40 ham from the store and throw it in the oven. And the ham is nothing special. So disappointed. It threw my whole Thanksgiving dinner off the rails. I'll never buy another again.

Service was terrible on yesterday. I placed an order online to pick up at between by 11:30 made it by 11:40 just to ensure enough time. The guy asked me for my name i gave it to him and he told me it would be a min it wasn't ready a lady then came out after i stood for a few mins and i told her i wanted a refund. She then prints my recipe and said have a nice day no apology or anything . I felt as if it was rude but its pointless to have a online option when you are not guaranteed your food will be ready and my money is still not on my card.

Customer service was great first of all and the young man who assisted me in making a decision was very nice and helpful. I finally decided on the tavern club on a croissant with the potato salad. I have never tried either before. A young lady there said the potato salad was good and she is right!! The sandwich suggestion by the young is awesome. Per his suggestion, the sliders are exceptionally good. I will be trying them on my next visit!! Thanks for the kindness ☺️

We ordered a ham online for Thanksgiving. It was ready on time, when I arrived for pick up the place was slammed. The staff was friendly and they were hustling. The girl who checked me had a great attitude while dealing with multiple customers. Some who were not patient I might add. The ham was excellent and so was the service.
