The Honey Baked Ham Company

Every time I go into this restaurant greet you and treat you very well The food takes a little while but they make it to order so it's not sitting around we go there at least once or twice a month there club on ciabatta bread is really good. We tried the chicken pot pie and put it according to the directions and when we went to eat it it was really salty and we could not eat that for dinner we also ordered sliders before the turkey ham sliders with the cheddar cheese those are most excellent a little pricey but worth it

Went to pick up my ham I ordered over two weeks ago. There was a line out the door. This was the worst ran business I have every been to in my life and l am 65. Not enough help, don't know where the manager was hiding. One assistant spent at least 30 minutes explaining how to heat the ham up. He could have cook it for her. I will be rethinking getting a honey baked ham at this location. Disappointed and horrified at the lack of planning. No one leading this team. Awful, awful customer service. How bad was it, It was awful.

Steve is one of the nicest and most helpful individuals I've come across recently. Thank you Steve for providing a fantastic experience. Ps the ham is fantastic too! So glad we have this store in Independence.

We went in today and the two ladies working were absolutely lovely. Would go back just for their service. Food is delicious as well :)

😍 Delicious deli sandwhich. I was already making audible noises while biting into my honey turkey w/bacon combo when I began to taste the fresh cut onions. I was impressed and felt like it was well worth the $8. Will return.
