The Honey Baked Ham Company

On December 10, 2025, my husband and I were thrilled to purchase the Honey Baked Ham Take and Bake Sliders along with a pound of spiral sliced ham. We were eager to enjoy a warm, delicious meal together. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered that the ham was soured. We found both the sliders and the sliced ham had an unpleasant taste, indicative of spoiled meat. This was unexpected, especially since the items were stored in an open cooler near the checkout, where we assumed they would be fresh. The next day, we returned to the store to address this issue. Sadly, the experience turned frustrating when we encountered resistance from the staff regarding a refund. The cashier seemed uncertain about whether she could actually give us our money back. Yummy delicious food, I loved my honey baked sandwich and my mom loved her chicken salad with garden salad! Each one was under $10 :) Great service as well from a kind cashier

I was so disappointed with this honey baked ham. I literally go to honey baked ham all the time and happened to be in Greenwood for an event. My “the honey baked” sandwich wasn’t made how it’s made at every single other restaurant I’ve been to (it was cold) also the drink fountain was out so we had to get canned drinks and they were warm. (Cold sandwich warm drinks smh) I couldn’t even finish my sandwich it was so nasty. And for $30 I highly discourage getting your lunch here. Instead go to Chick-fil-A across the parking lot and spend the same amount for better quality and consistency

If you need to order for Holidays you should do it 3 months ahead of time, although they won’t allow that. When 2 years I have tried to order Holiday Hams and was told orders would start at a later date, I asked the specific date and called on that date only to find they are sold out. This happened to me 4 times to me at the Greenwood SC location.
