Lacks organization. If I preordered and then come in, they manually take the items out the fridge instead of having them ready. Whats the point in preordering? Then they go on to say some of the items arent instock because new employees are taking from reserved shelves. Again, whats the point in preordering? They need to have orders baged and ready with names for time of pick up. Same issue with Thanksgiving.

Damon is exceptional and ensures he is providing the highest quality possible. His kindness and attention to detail made the experience that much better. 10/10

The employees are the bomb and the food was delicious and fulfilling.....

When I pulled up, the lot was empty, the store had 1 customer inside- always a plus when it’s time to eat! There was 1 associate waiting on the 1 previous customer and when the associate came from the back off break- he immediately came to the register to get my order. He was helpful, polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and proficient. Customer service was exemplary! I ordered 4 classic sandwiches and each one was make with love because the response from each person, down to the 1.5 year old was - hmmmm, Delicious! The store was clean and well organized. I will be back and tell my friends, they are indeed OPEN FOR BUSINESS DAILY!! Update! I don’t eat PORK, cross contamination is serious! They don’t use a different knife, cutting board when preparing food! I got diarrhe

Wonderful experience. Service was top notch 👌🏾 Food was very delicious!! Hate I had a taste for it on a Sunday when they are closed😭
