The lady that I gave my order over the phone, clearly seemed preoccupied the entire time she was “supposed” to be listening to my order. I ordered 2 full size Cobb Salads. She even asked me what size twice and I told her. I sent my husband to pickup the order and when I got home for lunch it was clearly the wrong size. Not only that, it was packed with mostly spinach! I didn’t not call because I would be wasting my time again trying to get things fixed. I couldn’t return the spinach salad be cause I was on lunch and hungry. I’m not sure if the other salad was the same because my husband didn’t eat his right away but I’m sure it was. I ordered yesterday and it was a simple mistake about the slices of cake. The cake was returned today and I did receive the correct cake from yesterday. I d

Wow! stopped here to get some ham salad. It was beyond delicious. I got a pint and stuffed it in croissants, it’s a winner every single time. My service was great, Jacob was very helpful.

Since when do you order a ham salad sandwich on a croissant online and be told when you come in to pick them up that’s the croissants aren’t unavailable and bacon wasn’t available when I paid extra for this very bad customer service

Pre ordered a ham online for Christmas. Grabbed some sides when we went in also! Staff was super friendly, store was also super organized moving people in and out quickly :)

Let me customize the order online and charged me extra for my add-ons only to give me a premade sandwich with nothing I wanted on there. Didn’t give me a refund on all the add-ons, said they couldn’t do anything about it. Waited two hours to pick up a premade sandwich of something I didn’t even want.
