The Honey Baked Ham Company

I drove over 30 minutes to this store because the Honey Baked Ham in Stockbridge was only serving customers that had pre-order their ham or turkey. Only to be disappointed with the taste of my smoked turkey. I made a call to the Covington Hwy Store 2 to speak with the Manager Liz. It’s been 3 hours no call back. I will never go to this Honey baked ham store again.

Meh. We had this catered for lunch, so we didn’t get to chose anything ourselves. I don’t think it was bad, but I also didn’t think the sandwiches were anything special. Boring bread, and the meat was just okay. I had a turkey sandwich. Since they specialize in meat, I thought it would be pretty good. The meat was actually kind of dry. The bread may have been the best part of the sandwich. The tea had a really strong spicy flavor. I poured it out and got lemonade, which was so sweet it didn’t even taste lemony. I mean, all in all it’s just a basic sandwich. If I’m going out of my way to go to a deli/restaurant to get something, this is not the place I would go.

Delicious! I’ve had food from here catered by my job, but today I walked in and wanted to get something. The young lady was helpful and made great suggestions. The service was great and the restaurant was nice and clean.

I bought a ham here for the holidays last year and it was small and dry for the amount of money I paid, I expected better quality. Well I left a review on the website and the General Manager, Jordan Head, contacted me and resolved my issues very quickly. I appreciate the customer care exhibited towards my family and myself. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY FOR THE HOLIDAYS. THANK YOU Jordan Head!!

We were given a order that we didn't ask for. But when I called Liz really had her Mgr hat on. Very polite and took the time out for me. Ty. I will for sure return. This is my go to for sure.
