Jillian rang up my order quickly, accurately, and efficiently, yet took the time to look me in my eyes and smile. The black woman who made my sandwiches was also quick, accurate, and efficient and then handed me my bag, looked me in my eyes, and genuinely smiled. The food was DELIGHTFUL…both fresh and delicious. The lettuce was fresh and not wilted. The tomato was juicy and also fresh. Both the honey mustard and the hickory condiments were exactly enough. The multi-grain bread was fresh and made me feel like I was being healthy, even though the sandwiches were loaded down with meat. What a great experience from beginning to end! We ordered the tavern club sandwich and the turkey bacon sandwich. We also got the broccoli salad, and my husband was a big fan of the crunch of that with the

Lunch is always good here. Service is always excellent. Love getting greeted to Jillians contagious smile! She makes the best sandwiches too!

The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. We was not certain how much we was gonna spend…..the staff was very patient with us. We feel they went above and beyond with the service we received 11- 19-2023. We came from out of state for this purchase. We will definitely will share this wonderful experience with family and friends. We usually go to Indianapolis, Indiana for our purchases, but this particular store was much closer. Shout out to the owner, manager and staff….keep up the good work. The price of the food matches the quality of the food. When we have family gatherings several hams and several turkey breast dishes are a must. Their sides are amazing. Treat yourself and I promise you’ll be back.

Just finished off having our lunch from HBH in Trotwood and I wanted to thank Jillian for handing me one the BEST Turkey sandwiches I have ever had! I will definitely be back
