Very clean and welcoming! Wish I got the females name who took my order. She was very sweet and patient.

I placed an order on December 1st for pickup on December 21st at 8:30 AM, well in advance. I arrived on time only to find the store closed, with no email or communication notifying me of any change in hours. I rearranged my morning, woke up early, and missed family time with my husband and 11-month-old daughter to make this pickup. When I returned at 10:00 AM, the store owner was dismissive when I explained the inconvenience and told me to contact corporate and tell them not to dictate store hours for business owners. She further stated the store was closed because she and her family attended church. This is one of the most comfortable locations and is easily accessible during the holidays. This last time I had essentially no crust on my ham which is not common. It was unfortunate when we noticed a 4 hour drive away. I think we all missed having it presented as the yummy leakage was being controlled. Other than this last Thanksgiving I think this location is great representation for a year round comfortable place for some good food!

Under new management and customer service is amazing. Had a miscommunication on one of the sandwiches and Bethany went above and beyond to correct it. Nice and clean inside with a very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Food came out fresh and fast. Great quality for a great price.

Absolute blessing, the food is amazing and the family is even better with their service. Served the family a couple weeks ago with kindness, grace and loving respect. Today with a phone call and food to go was no different. Thank you all for the effort put in that clearly shows.
