The Honey Baked Ham Company

I had such a fantastic experience with the Honey Baked Ham Company this Thanksgiving that I just have to share. We ordered a whole turkey and their smoked turkey breast. While the whole turkey wasn’t really our favorite, the smoked turkey breast was absolutely delicious—perfectly sliced, ready to serve, and so good we came back for more. But the real stars of the show were Ida and Reagan, the dynamic duo who helped us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we mentioned we didn’t enjoy the whole turkey, they were incredibly warm and attentive, making sure we got a refund and left completely satisfied. Their kindness and dedication to customer service is truly exceptional, and it definitely makes you want to come back. So, huge kudos to the dynamic duo, Ida and Reagan

Ordered the prime rib meal for our Christmas dinner. When I picked it up I saw it was frozen solid. When I inquired about heating, prep time and whether the item should be thawed, I was told to follow the instructions…. However, the only guidance available was on the prime rib wrapping itself, so I followed their instructions and cooked per lab instructions. I thought they knew what they were doing... As a result, our meal was significantly delayed, and we were required to undertake additional preparation work we had hoped to avoid in order to spend quality time together on Christmas. They took 3 additional hours of our Christmas time from our family and instead of having medium-rare prime rib we had medium-well to well-done.

Finally had the famous honey baked company HAM......and now I see exactly why everyone loves this place....the flavor and crust on the ham plus it's sweetness and being pre cooked and sliced made it perfect for our Thanksgiving feast.....will definitely be back for many years to come!!!!

The chicken salad sandwich was delicious, broccoli salad good. The potato salad was horrible tasted like water and potatoes mixed.

The ham got smaller but the price got bigger 😡
