The Hollow at Manchester Country Club

I am a wedding and event planner I was there to set up a birthday party celebration I cannot tell you about the food but the server workers were great to work with only thing that I have to say I have to be perfectly honest with you any vendors professional vendors and I'm talking about decorators you should know certain amount of time to decorate personally and professionally they do not give you enough time or to break down Unfortunately we were able to come back the next day to pick up our products with only a hour to clear out which was fine we weren't informed that they had another event within an hour for us getting there to tear down and clear out so we were rushed. We had a small repast meal here and it was very nice. The room was beautifully set up for our group of 30 and had large windows with a beautiful view of the lake. It was buffet style. A very cozy place with a small seating area with a fire place in the entrance at the top of the stairs before splitting left or right to the reception rooms. A nice cozy welcome area. The food was very good. Chicken franchise, pork chops, potatoes au gratin, broccoli, salad, rolls... loved it!

They only had 1 waiter at the time of turnover but they were still very tentative. It gave us more time to enjoy the beautiful view. Food was delicious and the beers flowed like wine.

Went there for a fund raiser. Full house about 150 people. It was a buffet for both appetizer and the main course. Desset was served very simply and pretty basic but good. Brownies and miniture cannolis. The food overall was very good, given the crowd. The service was functional and nothing special. We had a very nice time.

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon to meet a friend for happy hour. I didn't realize that the country club at this gold course offered a happy hour and was excited to try it out! It seems they are doing a lot of construction and upgrading of a lot of buildings so it was very pretty looking. The outside patio near the water was especially nice. We were seated right away and you could have happy hour from any table, not just the bar, which was great. The happy hour menu was also pretty large with a lot of options. The buffalo chicken dip was especially good and a great deal for the cost. Some things like the tacos were a bit small for the price, but overall still good food. I'd recommend a stop in!
