I don’t know who does this, but I am glad you made my day with our coffee origin talks, flavor notes, and a trial of 4 different coffees (you know what my favorite was). This coffee is just built different. It has a truly unique flavor profile that I was totally not expecting but pleasantly surprised by. They are not just playing with roast levels and strength, like other coffee makers, they are turning knobs on the coffee making process the other guys don't even touch. There is true innovation taking place here. I didn't know that coffee could taste like this. Think I'm exaggerating? If you are into coffee, you owe it to yourself to try what The Hermit is making. This coffee is one of the best I have tried in my entire life.
