The Habit Burger Grill

The worst burger I've ever had, hands down! I asked for a bacon cheese burger w everything. No bacon, onion, and the bread was like trying to chew leather. My hubby's had no bacon either. I've come to believe that ppl no longer put their heart into the food they brag so much about in ads. No one cares anymore. Ppl only want the money but don't want to work for it!! I'm so sick of it all, u know? Another thing, not sure why they call it the charburger. None of there burgers have that char taste, EVER! I've always got my burgers at bonefish restaurant. They consistently deliver a char flavor burger and it's delicious but hubby brought dinner home from habit. Bonefishs burger is the best in waldorf md hands down. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I experienced from the Local Manager, Jaden. Tonight, my order was not fulfilled properly: the fries were half the usual portion, and the burgers came with all condiments included, even though I specifically requested them on the side. To be transparent , I did the customary thing... I ate 1 hot fry as I was checking my order at the counter before I walked away. When I politely asked the manager to provide a full order of fries—similar in size to the others being served—his response was, “I would have replaced your fry order, but now I won’t because you ate a fry from the bag.” Despite my repeated requests to simply receive what I have paid for, he refused to offer any solution. This was mostly a good place overall. I ordered the "Double Char Burger" with Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Lettuce and Tomato. The burger had a lot of flavor, and the fries tasted really good, and also were seasoned very well. At this time, we were going to the Orioles game, so there was this guy who told us good luck with the game. The atmosphere was very nice, and the employees were nice to me while ordering my food. I ordered through the digital kiosk.

2/13/26 at 430 I craved the the chicken club I got on line and put ina pick up order for two meals . It was said order 1024 would be ready at 4:45 I went in at 4:50 and I think I saw my order sitting on the pick spot as I was standing there with out be greeted for about 5-6 mins I wasted a Hispanic guy in a black shirt have fun talking in Spanish with his crew. When he Finn asked me what I need he saw my Oder was siting there I ask why He never greeted me my food was sitting he said he have to finish what he doing first being mean and dismissive. Not only that my drink and Fries wasn’t in the bag I had to go back I guess he felt bad so he gave me petty sorry !!! I really would not be back very bad experience at this location!

So the Habit Burger Grill finally opened at the Vista Gardens in Bowie MD. I'm going to jump straight into it. I wasn't impressed by the food at all. The inside is beautiful, the drive thru customer service is friendly, but you come for the food. It wasn't great. My fries were over cooked and several fries were dark brown. There is too much salt on the fries, and although they were hot they weren't crispy. I couldn't eat them all because some were burnt. Call them Char fries. 🤣 My BBQ Bacon Charburger was just ok. The bottom portion of the bun was soggy so I couldn't eat all of the bread. The patty itself is thin, the BBQ sauce competes with the taste of the burger and the caramelized onions don't go with the BBQ sauce. The Strawberry Passionfruit drink is too sweet. I had to add water
