The Grille at Sporting Clays

What a hidden gem! Three miles from 7 springs resort, nestled in the Laurel Highlands of western PA. A stunning location with very friendly staff and excellent food. I can’t wait to return in the fall, the view from the deck will be spectacular.

This is a great place to take in some great Laurel Mountain views, experience great food, and soak up an amazing mountain style ambiance. Menu has a lot of options, food is amazing, and staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel very welcome (a lot of long term regular staff...so you do get to see some familiar faces that help the place feel like home). Summer is great on the outdoor deck, and winter is equally great with the mountain lodge feel and warm/toasty fire! Definitely pit this place on your must visit list!

Showed up at 6:45pm on Saturday 1/3, resort is PACKED, website says they're open until 9, when we arrived there was a sign on the door saying they closed at 6. Unacceptable - especially if you are in Southwind.

Quaint lodge like feel. Food was reasonably priced. Hamburgers were delicious and cooked to perfection. Staff very accommodating... Pet friendly.

Overall Service and Atmosphere was great. Food tho is NOT worth the price. Fried mahi mahi wrap was just boxed fish sticks and the steak wrap tasted like lunch meat. My young children said the cheeseburger was the worst ever and could not finish it. The only thing that we liked was the soft pretzel bites. Over priced for less than average food.
