The Grille at Sand Hollow Resort

Absolutely beautiful area, and the grill so good. We went in for breakfast and it was Delicious.. I got the Salmon for breakfast for the first time ever!!!! So yummy. We’re definitely going back for lunch or dinner. Ok so came back for diner and the worst server I have ever seen. We were seated and then ignored. When we confronted someone they were so put out cuz they were busy getting ready for a big event… THEN MAYBE THEY SHOULDNT HAVE SEATED US.

We ordered the shimp scampi and blackened salmon. The pineapple salsa that came with the salmon was to die for!. So good. The shrimp scampi wasn't really scampi. It was more a creamy, cheesy sauce with rice. Not what we were expecting, it wasn't very good. Service was extremely slow and menus were sticky with food residue. However great views, including the balloons tonight. A little expensive for the food quality. Not a bad place, but don't expect awesome cuisine.

My husband and I are new to the area and after checking out Sand Hollow State Park, we decided to have lunch at the Grille. We arrived for a late lunch and were pleasantly greeted by Madalyn and shown a spectacular table with an amazing 180+ degree view of total Utah mountain beauty. Madelyn was also our server, and the meal progressed at a very comfortable pace. Beverages served, meals ordered and delivered. My basil berry salad was fresh and the flavors complimentary. My husband's burger was perfectly cooked and I have to say the fries were awesome!! I will definitely be returning to the Grille again and I cant wait to share it with my friends and family. Thank you Madalyn and the Grille for such a lovely lunch experience.

We had a great dinner at The Grille. We felt the portions were good size for the price with lots of flavor. Our waitress was attentive and very kind with any questions we had. We will definitely be back in the future.

Friday night fish/shrimp fry was great. The shrimp are very good and large with good coating, fish was pretty good also. The devils throat burger was great also. Service was great, my 1st visit, not so much my 2nd visit.
