Rats!! I went to try this place out for lunch with my daughter. After we ordered and were sitting there waiting for our food, we literally saw a rat in the cooking area. I calmly asked the cook for a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, he got an attitude and said, “Do you see I have customers?” and tried to hush me, like he didn’t want anyone else to know what happened. I became upset and demanded a refund. He went to the register, took my money out, and threw it on the ground for me to pick up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s dirty, and the service is terrible.
This place is wonderful. Excellent paninis and juices right near work. Only one critique is the sitting area is a little chilly.

Food is great, staff is great and the place was very clean. I’ve gotten a couple different items and they were all amazing. If you’re in the area give this place a try.
