The Great American Bagel

Beyond disappointed after my last visit. (I normally stop here twice a week. And i always tip) I placed a pick up order for a bagel w cream cheese. I get there and ask to add to my order 3 plain bagels, small tub of cream cheese and a bag of chips. All receipts clearly states at the top, buy 3 get 3. When I asked for my 3 free ones the male employee made a big deal about how I should know, because everyone knows (he pointed to other customers) that only free if I buy 3 plain bagels, which I did. Look at this reciept, they charged me incorrectly and I did not get my 3 free bagels free. I will not be back there ever again. My order was supposed to be bagel w cream cheese, bag of chips, 2 cinnamon crunch bagels and 1 cinnamon raisin and 1 tub of cream cheese. (4bagels) which is what I left th

In town for a hockey tournament and found this place near our hote.. and WOW, what a score! The bagels were massive and still light and fluffy. Honestly the best we’ve had in forever. Yeah, it’s a little pricier than your average bagel stop, but totally worth the splurge! For sure the next time we’re back, those sandwiches are happening. They smelled so good I almost followed one out the door!

Wonderful experience, I had a big order for a company meeting. Last minute, I walked and was gratiously helped throughout. Then as I was about to leave they helped me to my car with many bags along with coffee boxes. Mucho Grande impressed 👍👍👍👍👍 5 thumbs up

Amazing customer service. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. They got me my order fast and the bagels taste delicious. You can definitely tell the difference between store bought bagels and these handmade bagels:) always worth the trip from chicago to this location.

Friendly staff and really good bagels with great selection. However $8 for a single Asiago bagel with cream cheese to go seems quite expensive. Unfortunately, won't be a place. I can stop in again and my search for neighborhood bagel place continues.
