The Granola Bar

Terrible service here. They don’t fully cook your sandwich and then give you attitude when you ask for refund. I’ve been to several Granola Bars in Connecticut and I’ve never had this issue. This meat was not cooked as you can see. This is disgusting Breakfast Sandwich with turkey bacon.

I am an avid Granola Bar lover and that’s why this gets 2 stars. I went to the Stamford location after ordering ahead online, I walk in and give my name and they say it will take another 5 mins…no big deal. I’m standing there for 20mins and I finally go up and my order had been sitting there. I should also mention I was the only person in there so it's not like staff was preoccupied and did not see my order come out. I’m not sure if the staff at this location is incompetent or just doesn’t give a shit. To top it off, my chili bowl had no scallions on it, salt in the wound. If you want to try granola bars food I suggest the Westport location and not this one.

I originally came in to try the granola but opted in for the avocado grilled cheese instead. The barista seemed unsure which granolas were nut/coconut free and it just wasn’t worth the risk. The chai and sandwich were great and overall the experience was okay. The limited seating that was available outside was wet and not welcoming. Definitely a grab and go kinda vibe.

This facility grossly uses hikvision cameras which have been sanctioned by the us gov for actively violating your privacy including corporate espionage violations. High profile individuals, espcially those weary of China, need to steer clear. Thats the most important thing to know about visiting here. Too bad cute place otherwise with a few options for varying diets

I have no idea how this place has a rating of 4, it could be the worse meal I’ve ever eaten. Microwaved rice and chicken with not even the slightest bit of flavour and it cost $26 pick up and it wasn’t even ready when we arrived. Absolutely terrible. I have no idea why anyone would want to eat here.
