Stopped by for lunch seated upstairs Nice ocean view! Downstairs had live band playing Ordered Golden fish fingers for appetizers. Not too heavy not too light butter coming out very hot. I ordered coconut shrimp, great texture (not over cooked and chewy)coleslaw was the best tasting out of any restaurant to me. My husband ordered American burger he was very pleased with it

The $39.99 lobster meal is phenomenal! The fish and chips are great too. This place is a Flagler institution. Must visit. Right across A1A from the ocean. Happy hour drink specials and oysters, plus a full menu of apps, sandwiches, pasta and other favorites. The Golden Lion has a completely new kitchen, and every thing is that much better. Plus the new pergola and paved parking lot make this a banner year for the lion growing up.

Golden Lion is truly a gem! Everything here is always fresh and delicious, and I’m amazed that after all these years, the quality has never declined—it’s just as fantastic as ever. Their Fish & Chips is an absolute masterpiece, one of the best I’ve ever had! Crispy, golden, and full of flavor. Pair that with the breathtaking ocean view, and you have the perfect setting to relax and spend time with friends.
