The Gauchos Catering Asado Argentino

We hired The Gauchos Catering for my grandmother’s 90th birthday, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Florencia was wonderful to work with during the planning process — responsive, organized, and so kind. On the day of the event, Valentino led the team and was exceptional. He was professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. The food was outstanding — easily some of the best we’ve had in years — and beautifully presented. As Valentino was leaving, he even stopped to wish my grandmother a happy birthday, which meant so much to all of us. It’s rare to find a family-run business that delivers both amazing food and heartfelt service. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you, Florencia and Valentino, for helping make such a special milestone truly unforgettable.

I brought my parents and brother in law with me on a hour and a half drive and it was worth it that I'd do it again. The choripan was delicious. We all went for seconds and where about to go for thirds but didn't want to ruin our appetite. The meats like the ribs, vacio, and pork belly where fantastic. The staff was awesome and I thank you guys for the food and great experience.

10/10 I highly recommend this place! My friends and I had the best time ever here today. The place is rustic, chairs and tables don’t match and aren’t fancy, and that makes the place even better. You can sit wherever you want, just like when you visit family. The service is amazing. Everybody is super friendly. It felt like a big family was having a party, yet we didn’t know each other. There were sincere smiles everywhere. The food? It was amazing, and it truly was all you can eat. They were extremely generous all the time. Live music included! Love how they played guitar and sang classic Argentinian folklore. Jokes around and just simple but definitely special time. Thank you so much for all your hard work, excellent customer service, and for making this just a memorable experience.

Highly, highly recommended! I was so fortunate to choose these lovely people for my son's baptism celebration. The food was incredibly delicious and the authentic asado bbq setup was spectacular.
