The Frosty Owl

Plenty of parking and out door seating. Great portions and selections.

The Frosty Owl is a hidden gem just minutes off I-95 in the opposite direction from the Center of NE shopping area. The staff is customer friendly and very accommodating (always smiling), the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous! The surroundings are pleasant.....just need to put up the table umbrellas out on the patio and seating would be perfect. We now go about once a week......tops off our day when we are out and about.

The deal with 2 waffles and 2 scoops was excellent. The waffles are perfectly done with a lovely crust and soft center. The ice cream scoops were very generous and a good selection of Asian and western flavours. Will definitely go again. Confirm 10/10 if you are looking for late night waffle and ice cream. Also got parking right outside so very convenient especially late at night.

This is such a great spot. It is clean and pretty, and the choices were amazing. The staff was friendly. There are nice tables with umbrellas to enjoy your treat. We wish we lived in the area. We would regulars!

My experience here was not a very good one. They didn't have a great selection of flavors and for soft serve they only had vanilla chocolate or chocolate Vanilla swirl. There were only two girls working and they really did not have a good handle on getting orders in and out. We waited quite a while to get our ice cream and they were quite a few people that were together that one would get their ice cream and then somebody else will get their ice cream from another order and it just wasn't well organized. I found their prices to be a little high and their servings small . the two young girls working did the best they could
