The Fresh Monkee Vernon

I order from Fresh Monkee all the time and have always had good experiences at other locations. This was my first time ordering from this location through Uber Eats(I believe it was). When my order arrived, there was no tamper-proof seal on the cup. I called to ask if this is something they are supposed to normally do, and I was told not necessarily. I’ve always received tamper-sealed orders from other Fresh Monkee locations, which is why I’ve continued ordering from them, especially after previously experiencing food tampering elsewhere. Because of the missing seal, I didn’t feel comfortable drinking the smoothie, so unfortunately it ended up being a waste of money.

Apparently these are the same owners from the location in Manchester. I left a bad review for that location, since moving to Vernon however I have been impressed. I have been here quite a few times now and each time the place is clean, the smoothies are made perfectly and most importantly the staff have been nothing but friendly, happy and kind. The staff have made all the difference. The people they have hired lately are so wonderful unlike many of the staff they had in Manchester. I will continue coming here and I do recommend this location for anyone looking for a good smoothie 😊

I have a PB and J time shake just about every day, I'm addicted! The folks behind the counter are always friendly and efficient. Love this place!

It is such a nice cozy place as soon as you walk in the door you feel relaxed and at home. The service is amazing and the smoothies are made with 100% natural ingredients which makes them 10 times better than any other smoothie I've had! Absolutely love this place, would definitely recommend coming here after workouts or on a nice hot day!

I swung by here after the gym Tuesday morning (7/15), ordered a large antioxidant berry protein shake and it slipped right through my clumsy meat paws heading out the door. The two young ladies working were so kind, mopping it up immediately and making me another free of charge. Will definitely be back. They need a raise, boss.
