The Franklin House

My wife and I stayed at The Franklin House for our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very unique—filled with beautiful art, clean, and extremely comfortable. It has such a welcoming and distinctive vibe that made our stay feel special. The owner and staff were warm, friendly, and provided outstanding hospitality from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend The Franklin House to anyone looking for a memorable boutique hotel experience!

Franklin Pearson is a place that reminds me that it's worth the extra couple of miles to stay in a lovely place, rather than a noisy, overly populated chain. The F-P is such a cool old place with a long, interesting history still in its walls and throughout its elegantly appointed lobby and rooms. It hails back to a very different time than ours, a time when elegance and civility were the norm. Franklin Pearson was very affordable and worth every cent. The building manager of the place, though a young man, is an amazing historian - he knew about every single inch of the B&B, the many travelers and families who have passed thru the doors - and all about the local history of the southern Tennessee town of Cowan. Such a cool place! Rachel is an incredibly gracious, sweet, caring person. The rooms are interesting, unique, and have retro charm. You can’t beat a legit clawfoot tub! If you get a room in the front of the building, make sure to use earplugs as the train is loud. There is lovely art in the gallery next door too.

Nice, clean, and affordable venue in a quaint, cozy town. Rachel is helpful and accommodating! I have attended a wedding here, hosted a baby shower, and plan to host another event in the coming months.
