The Fox Den

You would think a interior decorator works here great vibes. Seasonal it was Halloween stuff but what really scared me was the smoker they had out back....What a twist smoked meat and treats. The bar was awesome too loaded with drinks and friendly service. Paella was so spot on resounding flavor in a cast iron pan. The seafood was dancing the tango for sure. They also have traditional bar food. The big mac burger and local made buns are on my return order. Very comfy and a good place for trivia indeed..

Everything was perfectly seasoned but I wish the paella had more seafood , I got about 5-6 mussels and/or shrimp for the plate and the rice was just a little too Al dente for my taste . Still delicious Pizza was also well seasoned , the dough was a little underbaked Desert was phenomenal (I got the bourbon caramel) Drinks were well made and pretty good even if they weren’t my favorite flavors ( I tried the holiday cocktails to be fun , mistletoe martini 9/10, Paloma 7/10)

The best cocktails around . Attached is a picture of the Stupid Sexy Grimace drink which I loved! They are creative -with fresh ingredients , always changing with season. Owners put lots of thought into the beer list also with many local breweries featured. Many improvements with food! The kale soup is delicious and flavorful. Many interesting kinds of grilled cheeses on the menu -last night I had the jerk chicken one and it was outrageous! My friend had the pork sandwich which he said was tender and delicious. Although it was busy service was attentive. Also always decorated in accordance with season/holiday. Now it is decked out with Halloween/Fall vibes…could really see this place being in Salem Ma also!

Love this place! So many amazing and unique food options that all looked incredible. I had the pierogies—absolutely delicious and finished every bite. The drinks were just as good, and they happily customized mine to be spicier and less sweet, which was perfect. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town for work!

The Fox Den is a hidden gem in downtown Woburn, MA! I absolutely enjoyed the ambiance, the wonderfully friendly staff, very good holiday drinks, dinner and dessert! Parking is either on street or in a parking lot. If you are in the area, check this restaurant out! I looked online for restaurants nearby while out Christmas shopping and truly enjoyed.
