The person working is ready to end every social interaction and goes right back to his phone. Ignored 2 phone calls and the food is just okay but absolutely none of that is worth a $13 bowl of rice and reheated chicken.

Worst chicken no lie!! Taste -1000% Maaan it was first time eating in there, Chicken was trash couldn’t even eat it, literally two spoons then trash it, Gentleman offered a refund like he don’t care! and I refused it although it’s not about 10 bucks, I was just wanted to have a nice meal in my break from work.

I always come here for a quick and tasty bite to eat. Love the service, food and the people that work there. Thanks for always treating your customers like they matter.

I haven't been to Flame Broiler in about 3 years. I was pleasantly exactly the same as I remembered it. At this location service is great. It only took about 3 minutes to fulfill my order. And the facility was very clean and efficiently spaced out.

We come to this place for regular takeout, my kids love it and it's fairly healthy. The service at this place has however gone downhill, or more accurately off a cliff. The restaurant is not as clean as it used to be and they refused to take a Mobile Entertainment Book coupon, which they had always accepted, and the chain actually participates in with all their restaurants. They recently had a change of personnel, and both the front of the house service (cash register) as well as the back (the cooking) have become worse. The meat is more gritty, the rice is overcooked. We hope the owner turns this around, but for now we'll avoid this place and go to a different location, because we do love the concept, just not this location anymore.
