Ordered 5 pounds of LARGE claws. When the delivery came, it was clear that half the claws were barely medium sized (see pic). The owner, Rene told me that the size can be deceiving because it goes by weight not size. Lol. I think anybody can tell a tiny claw when they see one! Rene said that he would “fix it and make it right with a few extra pounds ” on the next delivery. I said. “No Problem!…because I love Stone crabs and I am a regular customer. I placed another order of the following week (yesterday) and Rene refuses to honor his promise. Look at his reply…he admits it. I don't understand why Rene would blatantly rip off a loyal customer.

Promised delivery with a 2hr window. We did not ask for express delivery or a specific time! They told us when they were coming between 3-5. Didn’t show and wouldn’t respond to texts asking for a new estimated delivery time. Very bad business!! Also a bunch of the “large” claws weighed under 2.5 ozs. We have photos of one claw weighing 2ozs. Total weight of claws was on but charged for large when most were medium. Very poor customer service and full of lies.

Totally wonderful. Great price great delivery. The colossal were huge. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve ordered from the fish plug 3 (4 times after today :) and it has been great each time! The meat is delicious and they have great prices. Delivery is a huge plus for me and the delivery guy is all smiles every time he comes. Thank you Fish Plug!
