The Fire Japanese Steak House

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Fire Japanese Steak House was an awesome experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Our hibachi chef was incredibly entertaining and kept the whole table engaged the entire time. Best of all, the steak was cooked absolutely perfectly, exactly how we asked for it. On top of that, the prices were very competitive for the quality of food and experience you get. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to!

We had such a great experience! Chef Rez was absolutely incredible — super entertaining, very funny, and seriously talented. He had our whole table laughing! What I loved most was how effortlessly he went back and forth engaging with my kids and the adults — everyone felt included and had the best time. His personality is genuine, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. Jenny was our server and she was very sweet and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly for us. Highly recommend giving this place a try — and definitely ask for Chef Rez and Jenny! You won’t regret it! 😊

I’m shocked…. Didn’t expect to stumble upon this scrumptious hibachi place!! I was driving from Gainesville to orlando with fam and we got hungry so we decided to get dinner at this place. The performance was great! I forgot his name but our chef so so funny and such a great cook😂😂 great dad jokes. Hopefully I’ll be back with friends. I got the shrimp and steak combo

Cozy, clean, smells good, tastes good, friendly, large portions and the show is awesome with happiness and a skill . Our server was Mia, sweet and professional! Our cook prepared our dish so beautifully and tasty! The owner mr. John is very friendly and greets everyone with kindness and smiles.

Loved this place! It had a warm atmosphere and the food was excellent. We were greeted at the door with a huge friendly smile and seated immediately. We sat at the Hibachi grill and loved every min of watching our delicious food being prepared. The Mushroom Onion soup along with the Steak, Chicken and Shrimp were stellar (huge portions!). Our chef who prepared it all was a lot of fun with a cute sense of humor, quick wit, and very engaging! We loved every min of this experience! Highly recommend. We will return here often.
