The Fillin' Station Palatka

This is a fabulous new restaurant in Palatka. The food is incredible, they prepare their sauces and dressings, and even their seasoning blends in house. Everything is fried in tallow. For those of you with soy allergies, you can eat almost everything on the menu, including sauces and dressings. They also offer gluten free buns. The service is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the music is good. The bathrooms are spotless.

We usually do a taco Tuesday walk down by the river or a bike ride on the local paved trail. But today we decided to try the Fillin Station. The burgers were excellent. I do like their signature burger sauce, But I didn’t end up using it, the burger was that good with no condiments. Two of us had the Dupe burger, another person had the garage melt burger. We were all in agreement. The burgers and fries were excellent. They really made the space look unique on the inside also!

Fantastic New Spot in Palatka! Stopped by The Fillin’ Station today and had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy, modern, and super welcoming. The recent remodel looks great, and with both indoor and outdoor seating plus a full bar, it works perfectly as a casual hangout, a sports-bar spot, a date-night stop, or a family-friendly place. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. I also had the chance to meet the owners, Laura and Tim, and it’s clear they genuinely care about Palatka and want to be involved in the community by supporting local events and businesses. The food was excellent. I ordered the Chopped Cheese—seasoned beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions—and it was packed with flavor. The fries cooked in beef tallow

Newly opened restaurant in 2025! The food, service and atmosphere was really good. I really like the “automotive” theme. Similar to Ford’s Garage in St Augustine. As a critique I would love to see some more ‘automotive / garage’ type decor. A mural of ‘old town’ Palatka with old cars featured would elevate the inside even more. There’s already a huge wall with nothing on it that it would fit quite nice. The toolboxes for the servers is a good start on the decor and a nice touch. All that said, we would definitely come back the next time we’re in Palatka. I recommend the onion rings appetizer.

The Fillin' Station is more than your average burger joint! A brand new place with a menu that is sure to please! Great apps, a variety of entrees, delicious 😋 desserts, and of course a full bar provides any cocktail 🍸 you desire. The soft pretzel 🥨 appetizer is incredible! It's huge - enough for 4. Served hot, it's got a nice crisp outside and soft inside. Two dipping sauces come on the side - queso for a little kick and a smooth mustard aioli. Entree choices include burgers, chicken, mahi mahi, hot dog and salads. The Mahi Sandwich can be grilled or blackened. Either way, it's fresh and full of flavor.
