The Fermentorium Brewery and Tasting Room

Always an awesome stop! Our bartender is the same each year and very friendly- she makes small talk when she can. Relaxed setting with great, ever changing beer. Chill records being played, with records also being bought and sold. Plenty of room in the taproom. Look at that hand drawn chalk beer menu though!!!

My second brewery stop on a quick marathon tour around the area on Saturday. I sat down, instantly chatting up friendly beertender Thomas. As I commented on the wonderful art for each beer he pointed to he couple next to me as "our artist is a mug club member and these are his parents." I got to chatting w them about how talented he was! The tap room has a comfy vibe and is spacious. Thomas & i discussed the beers & i opted for a half pour of Oktoberfest. Later another beertender appeared so i opted for a half pour of her current go-to, Cafe Noir. I like that you can see in to the brew house! I inquired about the logo "fermentation bubbles". Great overall selection of beer with something for everyone. I am glad we came in the winter, because they had a nice variety of stouts, but still hit the mark with IPAs. Their beer descriptions were very accurate to how the beer actually tasted. Pool table one one side and turn table with huge vinyl selection on the other, plus plenty of TVs to watch the game. Great environment, great beer, great service and a nice selection of apparel too. Glad we stumbled across it, definitely on the list of breweries to visit again

I don’t eat hot dogs but the wings were good and the boy said it was one of the better dogs he’s had. Wisco pop available for the underage or non drinkers in your party. The bar is very willing to provide samples of the current variety of brew to help you find the one that’s right for you. You can see the still pots from the restaurant. They offer beer to go and have some nice merch too. This place isn’t fancy but it’s definitely good. The menu is limited but what they have is done well.
